Our client is looking for an associate with a Finance background and Impact Fee knowledge to assist in a 3 month project.
Description and expectations:
The position entails analyzing existing road Impact Fee credit agreements in accordance with funds that have been previously allocated through the issuance of building permits. Candidates will need to identify that the appropriate assignment of funds have been accounted for over the period of time when building permits have been issued, including within other jurisdictions. The project involves reporting on specific Impact Fee classification revenue for a new state requirement.
Prior experience in a similar capacity (ideal)
Financial analysis or budgeting experience in a municipal setting
Finance or Accounting degree
Knowledge of impact fees (highly sought after)
