Part-time Maintenance Technician - Jupiter

Manpower is currently recruiting for a client (Medical Office Building) that is seeking to hire a Part-time Maintenance Technician making between $16.00 - $18.00/hr.

**Monday through Friday work schedule 8:00 am-12:00 pm and available for emergencies**

• Diagnose and repair plumbing problems including drain traps, heaters, hot water systems, disposal, faucets, valves, sinks, toilets, drinking fountains, pumps, etc.

• Diagnose and repair electrical systems including incandescent or fluorescent lighting systems, ballasts, outlets and motors

• Respond to heating, ventilating, and air conditioning calls

• Minor roof repairs

• Door repair and adjustments

• Troubleshoot building components

• Diagnose and repair irrigation system problems including heads and rotors

• Landscape replacement and light maintenance

• General carpentry and painting as needed

• Trash pick-up and other miscellaneous work

• Should be available to be on call 24/7 for emergencies
