Manpower is permanently hiring an experienced Sales Manager for a client located in Riviera Beach.

Position Summary:

Oversee, coordinate, and meet the goals established by the corporation in sales area. Maintain good relationship with clients and make sure that all agreements are being met, i.e. on-time payments, sales forecasts. Plan and oversee the execution of tasks and measure the results of said tasks on a weekly basis with the Sales Team. Prepare an action plan and analyze results of the Sales Team. 


  • Prepare an annual sales forecast.

  • Prepare a monthly sales forecast.

  • Coordinate and oversee the execution of the Sales Plan.

  • Coordinate and oversee the weekly tasks for the Sales Team. 

  • Make sure that commercial policies are being met by all involved. 

  • Analyze sale results. 

  • Understand and Attend to our clients’ needs to improve Service. 

  • Identify new business opportunities and analyze risks. 


Responsibilities Inherent to the Basic Execution of Roles (Meetings Expected to Partake & Role in Each Meeting):


  • Meetings with general management, sales team.

  • Client visits.

  • Oversee the adequate implementation of commercial policies and plans.

  • Evaluate discounts to clients.

  • Oversee the execution of the sales strategies by the sales team. 

  • Identify business opportunities. 

  • Analyze results.


Follow Up/Control:


  • Track the amounts invoiced vs. Sales forecast.

  • Track Accounts Receivable.

  • Track efficiency of sales team and their results in meeting the goals.

  • Track real sales vs. Sales forecast. 




  • Authorize requests for prepaying expenses.

  • Authorize payments related to trip expenses.

  • Authorize vacations for people he/she manages.

  • Authorize loans to people he/she manages.

  • Approves employee evaluations.

  • Authorize commercial discounts agreed to with general management.

  • Authorize quotes.

  • Authorize sale orders dispatched.

  • Authorize logistics of business travels. (Airfare, reservations, food).

  • Authorize the entry and exit outside of working hours to his/her employees.

Education Qualifications:


  • B.S. in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture.

  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.

  • Must be willing and able to learn SAP.

  • 5 years in the construction business.

Desired Skills:


  • Knowledge of the PVC pipes and fittings industry.

  • Experience in the PVC cement industry.




$65-75,000k Annual Salary + Commission.
