Small Residential Construction company in Stuart is seeking to hire an individual eager to take on a role that will grow into a management career. Ideally, you will have impeccable attention to detail, are highly organized and a desire to grow.
· Inventory Management to include reconciling incoming and outgoing product.
· Accounts Payable
· Accounts Receivables
· In absence of Controller responsible for sorting of mail, review and posting of deposits electronically and/or through physical bank deposits.
· Ability to problem solve.
· Ability to manage multiple projects, multi-task while not jeopardizing quality of work.
· Other Administrative duties as assigned.
· Proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook.
· College degree with a focus in Accounting/Finance
· 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in residential construction.
