Manpower is currently hiring a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist for a company located in Riviera Beach.

 

Duties & Expectations:

  • Answer/Monitor phone lines.

  • Transfer incoming calls to appropriate person - take messages as needed.

  • Light dispatching .

  • Check and Respond to voice messages and direct to appropriate parties.

  • Receive Daily Mail and distribute to appropriate department/person.

  • Data Entry of PO into system as given by CSM for Domestic Orders.

  • Any info/changes (Back Orders, insufficient quantities, product number changes) need to be relayed to customer.

  • Obtain quotes by carriers to determine best fit for PO shipment.

  • PO revising to ensure order accuracy.

  • Documentation filing.

  • Manage accounts as necessary and as directed by CSM.

  • Follow up with customer with any confirmation/tracking/invoicing inquiry.

  • Assist customers with any request/complaint or escalate to CSM.

  • Assist customer to the best of your ability or escalate if needed.

  • Advise CSM of customer issue and resolution provided to customer.

  • Assist customer with any product complaint/RMA.

  • Gather all necessary info needed to file a product complaint or RMA.

  • Follow up with customer on resolution in timely manner.

  • Assist with sending Surveys and making sure that are completed by customer.

  • Assist other departments as needed.

  • Any other duties as assigned by CSM.

 

 

 

Hours are from 7:30AM - 4:30PM, Monday - Friday.

$16.00/hr

 

 

Offers are contingent on a background check and drug screen.
