Manpower is representing a research and analysis firm serving the human capital management space that is seeking a full time, marketing-minded individual to lead their social efforts and plan their webinars.

Job Responsibilities:

Social Media

  • Manage company postings on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn.

  • Write social friendly copy to accompany company research findings

  • Work towards engaging and growing the community

  • Guide the company to maximize social media efforts

Webinar Management

  • Coordinate company webinar calendar with sales team and analysts

  • Project manage each webinar with client, sales team, and analysts to ensure deliverables are met

  • Moderate the webinars on GoToMeeting (minor public speaking and technical assistance)

Desired Skills

  • Project Management - oversee projects from idea stage to milestone setting and delivery, create and manage workflows, communicate progress to key stakeholders, set clear expectations and goals for projects, monitor and track progress against milestones.

  • Time Management - Managing one's own time and the time of others.

  • Grammar - spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar needed to caption graphic designs and illustrations.

  • Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.

  • Customer and Personal Service - Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

  • Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

  • Judgment and Decision Making - Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

  • Active Learning - Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.

  • Complex Problem Solving - Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.

  • Troubleshooting - Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it.

  • Monitoring-- Monitoring/assessing performance of yourself and your work product to make improvements or take corrective action

  • Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships -- Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time.

  • Information gathering - Observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.

  • Computer skills - including but not limited to experience and proficiency in working with all computer programs, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and other standard programs.

Experience/Education/Requirements:

  • 4-year college degree

  • Demonstration of business/professional experience

  • Demonstration of project management experience

Contingent on a background check and drug screen.

 

35k annually
