Manpower is representing a client that is seeking to permanently hire a Maintenance Manager.


Maintenance Manager


Individual is responsible for the routine and preventative maintenance and repairs on buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems through individual involvement/repair as well as through subordinate maintenance technicians. Individual is responsible for understanding and ensuring that Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) are followed daily. Additionally you will be responsible for understanding and complying with company policies and procedures. Finally, responsible for general maintenance including, preventative and on-going repairs of equipment. This includes but is not limited to repairing doors, locks, inspect/replace belts, filters, grease bearings, seals, conveyors, etc.




  • Coordinate appropriate vendors if maintenance team is unable to safely and effectively repair maintenance concern.

  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits.

  • Ability to wire high voltage motors and low voltage controls.

  • Maintains and repairs building's plumbing and electrical systems, including replacing worn or defective parts such as switches and fuses.

  • Responsible for responding to emergency maintenance requests which would include rotation of on-call with other employees of maintenance.

  • Responsible personally or through delegation of staff to pick up supplies and/or parts from stores.

  • In collaboration with other facility staff ensure we are audit ready daily with regards to maintenance of equipment and general facility appearance.


Additional Details

  • Full-Time Salaried

  • Monday- Friday – AM Shift (On-Call required)

  • Annual Salary, 75k-80k

  • Working Maintenance Manager

  • Prior supervisory experience a must (Responsible for supervisor of 3 staff)

  • Manufacturing experience a must
